JDN, Traficant has brought very little funds to his district, that is what is most amazing. In his fifteen years I can only think of him garnering a few million for improvements to one of our country's most beautiful natural parks, and recently getting $20M or thereabouts for a community center. Beyond that all he did was import the maximum security prison from Wash DC to Youngstown. He has attracted no one, I reiterate, not one business of any substance to the area in those fifteen years. So he is a dismal failure and a mobster, what a great combination!
