Wasn't easy but finally found one very lonely bull hiding in the bushes:

Count me as another!!! I am a lousy shorter...BB could teach me for the next 40 years and I still wouldn't get it right. I have a one-track mind (excluding sex) and that is bull. That doesn't mean that I hibernate like a bear when the bears are winning. Au contraire...even in a bear market one or two indexes do very well. I have mentioned for months that my LT accts were stacked Bio/pharma/Meds. They have paid out handsomely for me. I got into Oil tusts when oil was $14.00 I still hold a tonne of NAE.UN (NaL oil&gas)at $4.80-5.20

I daytraded teckies because of their P/E ratios, and continue to daytrade them, but I never hold them. I can proudly say that I actually made some money this year on RIMM, first time in 2 years. However T.POS (MCF) continues to boggle my mind and I couldn't make .01c on a flip if I traded it thirty times...so I avoid it...much to the giggles from Swami..LOL

So for the person that is down 70% on his LT portfolio and wants to know why...I would say diversification was your problem...you likely got tied up in too many techs or two many stories with no fundamental or technical indicators to support that story..ie "all BS" no fact.
