Bambs: You can make a great ST flip on a declining stock with deteriorating fundamentals when it becomes oversold. I suggest that you consider both F/A and T/A on your investments, whether you are long or short, and irrespective of the length of your investment horizon. Finally, don't fight the Fed, and when the technicals and fundamentals diverge, go with the technicals.
