Gary - Re: "Talking about Xscale, will it be in the same market as Xilinx's offer like Virtex family ?"

Xilinx's VIRTEX is a a large gate count FPGA - which can be programmed to do many things - including DSP functions.

However, these are fairly large and EXPENSIVE solutions to specific logic problems.

Intel's Xscale is an AMR-based CPU - with very low power requirements and exceptional speeds - upwards of 800 MHz. It is targeted at high volume, low cost applications.
