I'm sure many server farm execs are thinking the same thing. Keep in mind however that this CA energy crisis is only the tip of the iceberg. The latter very well could blossom so as to slash the juggernaut of our national economy, and become a titanic, if we do not MOVE NOW !

I agree completely. The move is a faster interim solution until more energy production is created nation wide if not world wide. There are areas with more than sufficient power generation capacity for the next few years or maybe more. It is quicker and less costly to move the server farms than to create a huge increase in power generation in the California area near term which is impossible to do.
