HJ: since you are going to Thailand, just remember America is the land of confusion. Just like Henry Boldgett who is so confused about GAAP, we do not make it easier for foreign visitors:

a. A guy from India orders Chicken Fried Steak: he gets beef instead. A cow is a holy animal in India
b. A guy who considers dog meat is a delicacy is served with a third grade beef instead
c. A moslem does not eat Hamburger because it has pork.
d. That same guy from India then orders a hamburger, he strikes out again.

Glenn, the archives here show I thought PCLN was a flawed business model back in 98 when it was one of Billys top picks.


I would agree about "visibility" in 98 too but I do not believe that was as obvious to the masses. It sure ought to be now. How Blodget could talk about the visibility of PCLN is beyond me.
