"Smart Money" when our trades go in the direction we chose, "Dumb Money" when they went the other way. In that sense we are all guilty of being "Smart" or "Dumb" at times.
I know, someone will say that even though the trade lost, it was still a "smart" trade, but at that point the trader on the other side was "smarter".
