re: negative sentiment Jacob you may be correct about sentiment not being at the level of despair. However, I am not sure we will see the capitulation that you're looking for. It seems that the market never does what is expected of it. Just when you think you have it figured out it throws you a curve.

Your strategy of buying the dips, and taking profits quickly may work in a a volatile sideways market for a while. I was never very good at figuring out those short term moves. I still think that investors and not traders would do ok buying at these levels.
