I do agree with that. I rather see them lower capital gain tax then income tax, and use the surplus to bring broadband (fiber optics of course) to every single household in the country. Like putting a man on the moon, it would be great goal for the country. Bush should put in his address that is coming up. You want to talk about something that would put a floor on the selling, that would do it. Let me tell you a little story. My wife works at an elementary school here in town. There is little girl who was having problems completing assignments her classmates were doing at home. You want to know why? They don't have computer at home, and mom is so beat by the time she gets home, they can't go to the library. Gates and the rest of the high-tech billionaire should make sure every single child by 5th grade has a computer at home. A PC should be like pencils. Basic! Bush should put that in his address too. Be a man of vision instead of the Governor of the USA! Greg
