Do you have the camio viewer software loaded? Why not download the pictures from the camera using the cameo viewer and then do what you want with ms picture it. Or, are you saying you were never able to download the pictures using the software from the CD that came with the camera?

This may narrow it down.

Just a guess, but try and reinstall the digital camera software, and you may have to upgrade the TWAIN driver if that doesn't work.
