There are probably corresponding cycles of inventory building by the market insiders (selling by the public) and inventory liquidation by the same (buying by the public). The short-term swings in breadth or some dollar-based volume could probably confirm that. The 10-day modified Lane Stochastic and the 10-day adapted Wilder CCI have been moving in regular 10-week cycles for some time.
