Dunno about horticulture....I'm into flowers <vbg> No acre(s) for me, this is Silicon Valley remember ? If you're lucky, a million will buy you a closet here !!! Either the success of dotcoms pushes the real estate up, or the failure of dotcoms pushes the real estate up....but its generally a unidirection geometrical progression.... <sigh> I didn't have millions so I got a tinier closet than i would have liked....Got a few landscaping ornamental trees, and a huge orange tree though...the latter is more of a nuisance if you ask me, except in spring when the fragrance of the blooms fills the house ! So I just surround myself with flowering shrubs. Mainly roses. Got over 100 rosebushes in my small closet, with around 20 more coming in the next few days, so summer should be a riot of colors. Already the bushes are hurriedly waking up from their winter slumber.... Do post some pictures of those beautiful orchids on the majestic trees.....<smile>
