Right. It's a "dark cloud cover" candlestick pattern. IMO, it indicates a counter-trend consolidation after the good rally the week before and a few days after the release of MWP qtrly earnings which exceeded consensus by a wide margin. What do you notice about this next chart? Unlike MWP, LOILY is a stock owned by quite a few threadsters.
