Don, I was looking at the trend support line on RUT and happened to notice another one. This is on the daily chart starting at the bottom of 1/22, 2/9, 2/12, and 2/16. If this puppy breaks this line also (which I think it will) then we go down for sure.

The only reason I mention this is that it is my opinion that if we are changing from an overall down trend in the market to an up trend, some of these charts have to stay up on the daily and weekly charts and "surf" to the upside instead of going all the way down to support and then turning back up to a down trend line. This line may, MAY, be indicating this.

Just an opinion (opinions are like butts, everyone has one) ggg
