Well, it's not exactly a class action thing, but my next-door neighbors are psychologists, who do a lot of court work, and they're always telling me stories about the Roman Catholic Church and certain liability problems it has incurred. From my youth, I know it was standard practice to sign up recruits for the priesthood at 13 or 14 or so, and ship them off to various isolated all-male domains, which seems like it might be sort of a bad idea for kids of that age who might be, you know, still sort of sorting things out.

That's more of a secular thing, though. The Immaculate Conception was declared infallibly true by Pius X, also author of the "every sperm is sacred" doctrine so near and dear to the current pope. Them guys.
