Tim, I normally am anti Bill, but I think you are going a little too far here. It wasn't necessarily Bill's fault he had to melt down the tanks to make more cruise missles. You do know those tents and medicine factories were very strategic targets.

Tim,

Bush sent the troops to Somalia for the express purpose of screwing Clinton up. It was a no win situation for Clinton, and Bush walked away looking like a humanitarian.

You don't start military operations that you can't finish.
