Hi AS, thats not exactly true. The last 13 weeks have shown the most significant net outflows from funds in years. There was a one week January spike but it was short-lived. Naturally CNBC only reported the spike up in January. We've had over 3 Billion in outflows in the last two weeks! I would speculate that this will continue.

I bought some SUNW on Friday and will buy more techs as they hit their January 3rd lows
