(With thanks to JGS) the bear still breathes But the breathing is getting labored. Doesn't mean he can't still take some nasty swipes. So do you think the '90s Naz uptrend line will be taken out? I expect several little 25 bpt cuts which will help the Naz rise steadily Unfortunately, I also expect several 25 bpt cuts. Which is one of the reasons, I expect the Naz rise to be very choppy.
