Mike:

Before you go, and certainly before you stop posting about stocks that you like. Would it be possible to throw out some of the ones you like in the european closed end fund area. Specifically bond funds if you know of any you like presently. I had dsi, but it open ended and have not made it back into the fray.
Also, if there are some specific cef equity funds you like as well in the european (and japanese) arenas, I would appreciate it

thanks

I have submitted my net name, but will have to wait to make certain nobody else is using it or something very similar.

Go to people search and type in the name. You will then see if a million others picked your PET name.<G>

I am guessing it is the name you wrestled under.

Mike, did you catch the 3YOs this weekend?

I thought Dollar Bill showed a little something at the Fairgrounds, although it may have been a weak bunch. As for Songandaprayer, I thought he got an absolutely perfect trip in the FOY. If he gets a little pressure on him in the Fla Derby, I don't expect the same performance. I saw him run at MTH last summer. He's owned by former Duke hoop player Bob Hurley, who I've seen hanging around MTH for several summers now. Hurley can't know much about the game, though, because he chose a trainer whose primary MO is turning nice horses into $5K claimers. He should have hooked up with someone who knows what to do with a good horse, e.g., Bill Perry, trainer of Formal Gold. In case you don't remember, all Formal Gold ever did was beat HOY Skip Away 3 of 4.

I love this time of year. Most 3YOs are maturing, while many of last year's top 2YOs have peaked. Lots of opportunities for the astute horse player.
