They can be wrong, but you can be wrong too. What they stay still means something, even if they're wrong.

You can, of course, say whatever you want, right or wrong. But if you post a message that says "that book is wrong, and even if it's right, it's irrelevant", maybe you should expect to be challenged.

The 2nd amendment is one cryptic sentence, and certain groups choose to religiously ignore the "well regulated militia" clause, throwing out half the words right from the start. Who's to say "arms" doesn't include artillery and nuclear weapons, anyway? Maybe it's unconstitutional to regulate those, too, eh, Tim?
