I don't think anyone can predict 4th quarter yet. If even 3rd. By then there could be a sharp increase in orders as inventories will be gone long before and after lay-offs, etc there may be shortages of products and services. If a recovery is evident within the next 2-3 months you're going to see large jumps in tech stocks between now and next summer. A big IF maybe but certainly possible. Afterall if things can slow down so suddenly they can also speed up suddenly and we've seen it before.
