That points out the problem with federal laws. A law that may have a reason in New York City is really a problem causer for a Tlingit in the wilderness. If the city liberals want more gun control in the cities, that is a local problem so don't saddle the rest of the nation. I was going to say that maybe he could have bought the gun and had it shipped but USPS is probably the only delivery service and they don't do hand guns. .38s were used for shooting muskies in the old days but that has been banned. Most muskies are released now. I was on a fishing boat in the Keys where the captain had a 30-06 for shooting pesky sharks.
