I am only vaguely familiar with TSIX financial structure. When I looked at them last summer they seemed to be one of the strongest players in the new class of IP datacom providers. So, the two questions I think you need to address would be 1) whether or not the network buildout is financed conventionally, (are they relying on vendor finance <a sure sign of weakness, and a curse>), and 2) do they have a strong sales force to compete against the legions of other vendors all looking to secure the same customer. Quite frankly, on of the most amazing leaps of faith that the SPs like TSIX have made, IMVHO, is that there is end demand in the market large enough to support all the SP competitors. Frankly, I think that there are about two times as many carriers and SPs than the market has a need for.
