Jri,

I do use price targets, but not to the extent that most do and not to the extent that in which those questions are targeting. Im the wrong person to ask pin-pointing prices, since I really dont believe in them. I prefer to use ranges, since I dont think there is anyone around who can predict the market within a few points over and over with a high success rate, so I dont attempt to do it. Yes Im aware that some have nailed it right to point, but that is the exception rather than the rule. Also my swing trading doesnt require me to nail it so tightly since Im mainly in mutual funds.

Sure, I think its reasonable to suspect that the gap could be filled.

I have the redrawn SEPT downtrending line around 2650 for tomorrow on the NAZ.

Based on my own statistics, I noticed that the END-of-MONTH rally normally starts on the last 2 days on the month and extends 3-5 days into the following month. I use to have specifics on it but lost it all when I lost my hard drive.

Using semi log the Sept line is now around 2500. In linear, it is higher as Don stated.
