Of course Timna, Dale Earnhardt, Iraqi sanctions and middle east peace talks would not have died if Rambus did not try to submarine SDRAM and DDR.

I don't see the connection with Earnhardt and the Middle East, but a lot of Intel's problems are directly attributable to their legal relationship with Rambus.

Obviously Rambus' lawyers are very clever, but is that good?
