The richest man in Chicago started out just 20 years ago. In the process he made 10's of millionaires. His wife cleaned the factory toilets after hours to save the start-up money. He worked your 100 hour weeks too - his sales people slept in their cars when on the road. They probably don't feel all that lucky either. They are my heros.
