I don't think this is the bottom in the wake of NT warning. CSCO said the next 2 quarters (to June, 2001) will be flat to negative growth. Then NT said things will be bad for the next 4 quarters (to Dec. 2001). Greenspan said we are not in recession, growth will resume in the end of 2001. Putting all these together, I think the situation is deteriorating and Greenspan knows but will only give 0.25% in March because he likes to get all the bubbles out of Nasdaq.
