Did it ever occur to you that Clinton's pardon was part of his official function and not a personal expression either. A lot of people expressed the opionion that Mark Rich was over-prosecuted including many who were major players in bigger events, such as the Middle East peace process. A professional judgement is what was behind the pardon, childish pique is what is behind the furor.
