Also I don't like the way the federal government is pushing it on the states. I think this should be entirely a state matter. Sometimes you are incredible, Tim. Constitutionally the responsibility is that of the states. Is it incredible to want to follow that, or to think the state governments are not incompetent to deal with the situation? Have you ever been tested at that level? Most people drive poorly at that level I have never has my BAC content measured. I imagine that it is possible that once or twice I drove at that level. Perhaps there should be some repercussions but the amount you are impaired at .08% is a lot less then at .1 or .12. I don't think you should face the same level of penalty. Perhaps .07 or .08% should get you the equivalent of a speeding ticket. Maybe levels far above .1% should have greater penalties. Tim
