Tim, A 130lb female can consume three beers in one hour and will be at .0935 - You think there are many women out there that can drive after three beers in ONE HOUR? A 170lb male can consumer FOUR beers in ONE HOUR and will be at .0789 - still within the limit - even under the LOWERED limitations. You think it's ok for these people to be on the road with your wife and kids? You would change your mind if one of these people killed your sister. Sad as it is, it's usually only the people who have suffered this that argue the limit should be lowered to .08. insure.com Dave
