You will note about 3 or 4 of the watch list picks are based on a strategy called "The Pristine Bullet BUY/SELL Play " in which we expect a gap down and continuation of Friday's downtrend and than after the stock trades from 15 to 20 minutes, we buy or sell when it breaks above the first 15 minute bar or in a 5 minute chart 2 or 3 five minute bars of higher highs. Both of these had intraday reversals of that sort. marketgems.com marketgems.com MSO did not have its breakout in the first reversal session but rather at 12:30, technically any reversal can occur when the stock is moving on "Anticipatory Upswing" and we expect some more on Tuesday for MSO. Watch also JILL (was in the brand new IJILL store in town center mall and loaded up (on the clothes, not the stock) so their sales have increased a few notches already)... you might have some anticipation their towards its earnings report next Monday. I would be holding NOTHING through earnings. For these particular strategies as well as some others we will be illustrating, we will be usually posting a customized intraday chart embedded within a daily chart or vice versa on the Watch List so the gap down (or gap up) and continuation of down trend or (up trend) can be seen as merely an exhaustion move and reversal likely` Since there are more gap ups and gap downs now than ever before daily signals are usually out of range by the time the stock has its set -up and the action which would be a buy or sell after the set up is met, might be at a different price than in the watch list or the resistance or pivot level. For that reason we look at BOTH charts. What we have found extremely interesting, however, that within the day the bigger breakout either the late day breakout or a 10:25 breakout might very well HIT THE DAILY CHART price level we posted and at that point ( a support level, a major moving average, a former price tail, a prior gap, or a trendline) the stock will take on more momentum in the direction of the earlier breakout.
