It depends how the buy-back expenses are reported.
If these expenses almost exceed profits from main business
but not reported to investors, as Intel did in 1998
as per report from Forbes magazine, this is deceptive.

I don't think the $300M over several years will
be so significant. That is why I reminded you about
the concept called "percentage", our retired woodworking
genius.
