Paul,

Why don't you please point out what and where Intel discussed as regards UNIT processor shipments.

They predicted 15% drop in revenues, overall. If the "other" category (that was supposed to grow by 50%) at least remains flat, and if flash at least remains flat, we end up with a drop of more than 15% - probably more than 19% for processors. It may be caused by a combination of lower ASPs and lower unit processor shipments.

From this, if Intel unit shipments drop by exactly 15%, ASPs will have to drop by almost 5%. The prices would have to drop by more for Intel to keep market share (all based on Intel and AMD forecasts - which themselves are only a little more than a guess).
