The point of the massive amount of insider sales is they are selling. If the company is all you say it is, then why do that since the stock should go up up up up? Oh but it's only a small percentage they're selling. Yeah, because they can't sell everything, they're limited to how much they can sell. Why sell any? If the company is super great then and someone needs money, why not borrow against some shares and then when the stock goes up like it's supposed to, sell at that time and pay the loan back and more? Nope, they're selling cuz they know, there's a huge huge chance that it goes down from here.
Maybe instead of letting management blow smoke up your arse you should actually read the company filings, and the analyst projections, and hear how they talk about how much better things are going to be this year, but then next year, oh yeah, it's not going to be much better if any, and that was before we started into what CSCO's CEO flat out says is a recession. This is one bloated pig of a stock, up only on short squeeze and fish thinking this big merger is going to be a good thing. Though not as unsqueezable as Anthony, i'm good to go on this one up to $100 or so, so let's hope Ross can get the fish like you biting on this conference call after the close today, cuz i'll be there to sprinkle the food out all over the top of the water for ya, got the borrow all ready for ya.

One more thing, don't give us that cash flow positive crap. As Peter so rightly pointed out, there's a ton of legit expense being nicely swept under the carpet with the AOL payment for advertising crap. Smart money sees all of this, and knows where this turd goes and what the game being played here is, and places there bets accordingly. Dumb money thinks braniac management matters more than hype when it comes to keeping up the price on an overvalued dot.bomb

Look, if it was one insider selling some shares to pay for the kids college tuition and the vacation condo, I might agree. But see the sales at insidertrader.com and tell me what you think.

It's not a couple of insiders and it's not just the officers and directors but the institutions and other holders subject toe the 144 rules that have been dumping.

Take a look and report back to us and tell us what you honestly think.

Paul
