<Those two issues have not been mutually exclusive for about the past eight years...hence the problem and the hand wringing. > The fact remains that there is NO problem at the moment...the past 8 years have seen dollar strength without much in the way of intervention... in fact most intervention has been to hold the dollar DOWN, yet it's tickling highs against all world currencies.
