I would disagree with your comments. JDSU and NT have top notch management and it shows in the market share each company has. That being said JDSU may have a point when they state that NT did not disclose this shortfall. One would think that JS and JR have been on the phone a number of times trying to figure out what to do. JDSU does not want to fight with any clients let alone a >10% client. I hope that this matter is worked out by the two companies in a timely manor. Regards, Glenn
