Hi IOMH, Don't know. Like I've said to Scooby an Jon both. I have some questions that I have to sort out an I will get back with him. I think I will look at those an address them if I can't figure it out. I want to take another look at the SEC filing an digest it. One thing I do know is that the stock is being held down. It doesn't take a person with an IQ of 60 to figure this out. I don't buy JON's response about the stock changing hands through trading. There is something more behind it. No one trades a stock for a half cent move. He tells me that they have talked to the MMs an they are telling him that they are all legit trades. Someone is BSing someone here. He tells me that they have been looking for answers an can't find them. Myself, I think there is something more here an I don't know what it is yet but I think I might but I will keep that to myself for right now. Next month the lumber industry should start to break out do to weather. So we shall see if that will have any impact on the stock. Later, Ron
