Jay:

LOL!!

Tom hanks would be proud of you.

Reminds me of that ancient ditty, "I've got a loverly bunch of coconuts" (it too was about a carnival barker). (g)

A fourth solution presents itself.

Coincidentally, 10% of the island completely mismanaged their cooking fires, and now there is no fuel to keep them going.

We can solve both problems if we send all the excess paper coconuts thataway where the residents can burn them for warmth.

John.

<Accounting coconuts are a fairly constant number, increasing only when new coconut fields are either planted or discovered. Actual coconut count rises and falls with severity of storms and productivity of coconut planting and exploration.>

Sorry, CB just assured me this was ludicrous.... <VBG>

Otherwise... great post.. a classic.

<<Investment, if treated as a competitive sport, must have organized leagues>> not mention suporters to watch it. On thjis thread I am this supporter with a captive seat.
I shout: Referee is SOB! Break the leg of this defender! Come guys, you jerks! These guys would be fleeced today!
See, I never win, but again you won't see me losing. Guess who's having more fun around here.
