No, I do not.

One think you may want to consider is the fact that if you own an option with a large gain, attempting to close it (assuming you do not want to own the underlying), may prove a little difficult since the liquidity for such a position may be reduced.

Here at this site, not too long ago someone else had a similar question to yours where thay had a sizable position on an option with large gains and the point was addressed....
