He replied that he especially admired another "dark horse" candidate, and a product of his home state, the great "president James Knox". -- However, I do have a problem in James Knox Polk's conduct of the Mexican American war -- ...what is seen as the US invasion of Mexico when Mexico was forced at gunpoint to sell 1/2 of it's national territory to the US...
