mine defaults to 1 copy each and every time. on two different computers and three different operating systems. so imo it is not a microsoft prob, but one inherent to your system. hopefully we can discover what that is and correct it.

have you ever tried removing the printer in control panel and then adding it back in? that might work. or maybe it's your printer drivers. have you ever installed new drivers?

what about emailing your printer tech support, or checking their web page for troubleshooting ideas?

just some thoughts....
