My guess is that LMNE is down due to JDSU downgrade and weakness, and MRVC being pulled down with it. Still trading at the $3-5 premium range over value of LMNE holdings. IMO we will be locked into LMNE price until the spinoff.

Additionally, I'm getting 'dirty market data' from 2 different sources this am, you'd think after a 3day wknd this wouldn't be the case. Pretty hard to make investment decisions w/the data feeds dirty.
