Rob, long term I see Cpst being an Emerson Electric acquisition.
I too have been impressed with how well Gmst has held. My average cost in GMST is in the low 40's with a GTC stop in at 40... There are no guarantees in this market but I doubt I'll get stopped out.
Gmst is still a good growth story. Which btw we're running out of.

PASADENA, Calif. (CBS.MW) -- Gemstar shares soared 13 percent Tuesday following news that the Pasadena, Calif., media company had signed an agreement with Charter Communications.
Charter (CHTR: news, msgs) will continue to use Gemstar's TV Guide (GMST: news, msgs) interactive program guide, or IPG.

Last week, Gemstar President Henry Yuen told CBS.MarketWatch.com that he was determined to find ways to increase Gemstar's distribution outlets via this kind of deal.

Gemstar's shares, strong over the long term, had fallen in 2000 as investors fretted that the company couldn't continue to exceed growth expectations.
