"as a liberal, you will probably want to assemble a task force to study the cause and effect.."

That's not liberalism numbnuts, that's called science and as Patricia tried to tell you the study has already been done. It would never occur to someone like you to ask the question, "Gee, I wonder why the food and water in Mexico sometimes makes people sick.? It might be related to a similar question like, "Gee I wonder why a whole bunch of poeple in Indiana got sick after eating the food at a picnic? Your answer would be, "it's the food, stupid" .Or if a football team got sick after drinking water at a nearby fountain." In this case you might give two reasons, ie playing football or maybe the water. Could it be numbnuts, that something contaminated the food and water? Like a microorganism perhaps? Have you ever heard of E. Coli? Do you know the source of E. Coli? Would you be curious enough to learn? I doubt it.."it's the food and water, stupid" is about as profound as you can be.... btw, on the NYC news last night, a woman said she was abducted by an alien space craft while she was on the Brooklyn bridge....sounds like your kind of woman...
