V: Great to see you posting again.

Here's something interesting I picked up over on a Yahoo thread:

messages.yahoo.com

<<Last week, reputed Rhode Island - Certified Financial Planner, Donald Sowa reported that there is more that $2 trillion on the sidelines waiting to be invested in equities. Never before in history has there been so much cash waiting to come into the market. Most of this money is being held in large fund reserves that require the fund managers to invest in stocks by mid-Summer 01.

I believe when Greenspan finally signals it is OK to move back into the NAZ, this market could errupt....>>

Here's a follow-up from the author of the post above:

<<Hello Gaijinpl. Sorry, no article to link. I am quoting a weekday financial call-in radio broadcast on 630AM WPRO in Providence. Donald Sowa is a nationally recognized CFP. You could contact the Sowa Financial Group in East Providence for transcripts - I am sure that they would also provide the source link. Good luck - >>

IMO, the Nasdaq is way oversold and the Houses have made out like bandits by shorting a lot of the high flyers and reaping HUGE commissions on the sell orders due to margin calls and fear in the investing public's mind. The only problem is that the Houses have basically been unable to stabilize the tech market and re-open their VERY LUCRATIVE ipo window. IMO, they will do what they can to help fascilitate this.

I am almost fully invested (in oversold infrastructure stocks like INSP) and expect our good friend Mr. Greenspeak to help spark a rally in the next few weeks. There clearly is A TON OF EXTRA MONEY ON THE SIDELINES....This will have to be put to work. IMO, its time to place our bets and prepare for quite a ride this spring =)

Best Regards,

Scott
