Hi Bosco,
I have to agree with you in part.

On the surface INSP appears to be a company with the ingredients to be a sound investment.

If you add cayenne pepper to chocolate chip cookies, you get chocolate chip cookies that leave a bad taste.

Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures recently admitted that it liquidated its entire investment in PCLN -- they lost a bundle (and the SEC filings verify this). Yet, if Paul Allen had serious concerns about INSP I think he would have sold his position and moved on. He is a VERY wealthy man and doesn't need unnecessary headaches. IMO, Paul Allen understands that INSP has great potential in the new broadband and wireless era we are entering into. I think he sees synergies with other Paul Allen investments and I feel he personally wanted to get involved and get on INSP's board.

Naveen Jain clearly is a very bright and controversial founder and CEO (sort of like Larry Ellison). Not everyone agrees with all of his moves and they never will...But, we all have lots of investing choices....I have recently built a large INSP position since I believe in the company's FUTURE potential and feel it is very undervalued...In a few months we'll see if my move was a good one...=)

Best Regards,

Scott

I also DO NOT believe a lot of what I read on Yahoo Finance discussion threads but here is a most interesting post:

messages.yahoo.com

No one here has questioned whether GNET insiders may have had there own agenda by selling so aggressively. I don't have all the details. Yet, I do know that the Yahoo poster (the one I listed above) from the INSP thread seems to make a lot of credible posts. Oh well, a great buying opportunity was created for some of us to go long and catch the next wave =)

Best Regards,

Scott
