Along with the ARMS Index, the Put/Call Ratio is getting quite extreme:

Tom, sold some puts today on a small scale. Sold the EXTR Mar 30s when the stock was at $32 for $4. I am now obligated to buy EXTR at $30, which could easily happen, but with the $4 premium, that would make my cost at $26. Then I could turn around and cover the new stock. Of course if the stock does not go to 30, I still keep the $4 premium. America, what a country. Any thoughts?
