"Shorts"..don't know....either they are amazingly unworried about Fed cutting, or they don't think a Fed cut here can do much (to ignite a powerful rally)....doesn't seem to be that much fear of what the Fed can do...

Funny, we have the inverse of last March...remember, when tech bulls said the interest rate hikes were irrelevant, and would not affect demand/stock prices.....now, tech bears are saying the same thing, and acting accordingly (continuing to short)...hmmm....
