Just back in R~~ Doggonit....never rains but it pours, it seems...I'm so sorry!!! Tell that cute little Arthur to be a good boy and take care of you.... And DO do the PT or whatever they tell you to do....especially the hot and cold...They explained that the hot gathers the blood and takes the impurities in the area and flushes them, and the cold helps settle things down....that made some sense to me. Don't know if it's true, but even if it isn't....after the rotator tear, ruptured bursa in the shoulder and torn tendon a few years ago, had surgery.....and was a mess for a few months.... I knew it didn't feel good, and just didn't want a cortizone shot again, so toughed it out, till finally hurt too badly....when he said surgery...nearly fell off the table --literally--- So glad you went to see about it....do take care!!
