Bosco: I think there are clear similarities between ORCL and INSP. IMO, Jain needs to consider bringing in an outstanding COO to focus on helping the company scale and professionally execute on all of its contracts. Ray Lane helped do this for ORCL and he has now moved on to Kleiner Perkins. Yet, it may be time for INSP to find its own equivalent of Ray Lane <VBG>.
